Built complete financial models (P&L, Cash Flow, ROI, NPV) for a revolutionary hotel-based membership product, presenting directly to CEO to secure strategic investment.
Consumer Intelligence Transformation: Rebuilt benchmark customer experience survey from the ground up, adding measurement elements that enabled leadership to prioritize member frustrations by satisfaction impact and quantify vacation spending capture. Pioneered a proprietary methodology connecting observable stay behavior to self-reported satisfaction—allowing the company to act on insights even without survey responses.
Strategic Advisory to C-Suite: Served as direct strategic advisor to C-Suite executives, co-directing a major internal consulting engagement assessing company business model strengths, vulnerabilities, and enhancement opportunities.
